    Clean energy is produced using renewable resources, like solar and wind, and releases no emissions, unlike traditional fossil fuel sources, which release carbon and other harmful gases.
  • Where will my electricity come from?

    You will continue to receive electricity through your local utility’s power lines. Energy Rewards works to find wind energy sources to produce renewable energy credits that can offset the dirty power on the grid.
  • How long does it take to switch to Energy Rewards?

    The sign-up process is simple and can be completed entirely online. It typically takes your local utility up to 1-2 billing cycles to complete the switch, but there is nothing you need to do after enrolling.
  • Who do I call in case of an emergency or outage?

    Your local utility company will continue to ensure electricity or gas service is delivered to your home and respond to emergencies. Simply contact your local utility company like you always have in the event of an outage or emergency.
  • What happens at the end of my fixed rate term?

    Prior to the end of your fixed rate term, you will be sent a renewal letter detailing your future product options. If you do not select a new plan prior to the end of your term, for your convenience you will be automatically renewed into the rate plan specified in your renewal notice.
  • Do I have to be a Comcast customer to enroll in Energy Rewards?

    No, you do not need to be a Comcast customer to enroll in Energy Rewards.
